ELTIZ – one of the leading Ukrainian enterprises producing dry transformers, electrical reactors and chokes, located in the Zaporozhye region.
Areas of activity
The current transformer plant began its journey back in 1990 with the production of small dry type transformers then under the brand name of the first in the city of Zaporozhye (Ukraine) the small state enterprise Eliz, and since 1993 – LLC ELIZ. Successfully overcoming the difficulties inherent in a developing economy together with the country, in 2001 the plant was transformed into a private enterprise ELTIZ. Now the plant is known as a leader in the supply of dry type transformers and electric reactors entirely Ukrainian-made, successfully operating in Ukraine, in the countries of near and far abroad.
ELTIZ is characterized by high quality of products and contacts with customers, exact compliance of products with customer requirements and regulations, strict observance of the terms and conditions of delivery.
ELTIZ provides operation of dry type transformers and electric reactors in the most severe conditions: in the temperature range from -60 to + 80 °C, with constant overloads up to 20% and with even greater short-term without damage to performance, in adverse environmental conditions. Products are distinguished by low levels of losses and noise, and materials that are strictly controlled at delivery are used for fire safety, non-toxicity and environmental friendliness, including recycling.
Design and manufacture
During the years of its existence, the company has supplied and operates tens of thousands of products with a reliability for decades.
ELTIZ accompanies its products throughout its entire life cycle, which begins at the application stage together with the customer in all delivery conditions, including technical, financial, logistic and operational. Then the designers and technologists design the product and prepare its production according to the requirements agreed with the customer, and the production process is completed with testing of the product by a laboratory certified for technical competence. The production is organized according to the full technological cycle without the involvement of third-party executors; it is located on its own factory site with the necessary buildings, facilities, production, household and transport infrastructure.
ELTIZ guarantees the operation of the product for 3-5 years or more, and also accompanies it after the expiration of the warranty period (including upgrades, after-repairs and utilization, including products from other manufacturers).
ELTIZ delivers products (producing all customs operations) to a point of Ukraine specified by the customer, in the near and far abroad countries by the chosen type of transport.
Product quality control
ELTIZ systematically manages costs and prices, so the company confidently wins tenders and receives orders when all delivery conditions are competitive. The risk and opportunity management system enhances the potential of the enterprise.
ELTIZ is distinguished by world-class working conditions and social responsibility. The level of wages, relatively high for Ukraine, insignificant staff turnover, strict observance of labor, tax and environmental legislation, social guarantees established in Ukraine, provision of additional benefits to employees at the expense of the enterprise are the strengths of the enterprise. Our staff (managerial, technical, scientific, industrial) has a specialized basic education, experience in the specialty at similar enterprises, and the factory system for receiving, training, retraining and certification dynamically maintains a high level of personnel skills.
